Pencat – using CAT4 to find patients that have attended in the last 2 years
While we will provide specific instructions on finding data related to hepatitis B, we suggest that you familiarise yourself with the tool using the online instructions available at https://help.pencs.com.au/
CAT4 works on data sets extracted from your clinical system. Note that collecting data is an intensive process and should not be attempted during working hours of the clinic. We suggest that you load the tool at the end of the day and set it to collect data once all other users are finished with the clinical system. It’s important to understand that you are working on a data set at a point in time and that changes you make in patient’s records will not be reflected in CAT4 until another collection is completed.
