Backup Policy – Cloud Servers (not web / email hosting)
A full backup of each server is taken nightly.
In the event of a server failure, backup images are bootable and can be brought online quickly.

The consolidation policy in place means that at any point in time, data can be retrieved from any day in the last two weeks.

In addition to these comprehensive on-site backups, off-site backups of critical data are strongly recommended. These are encrypted copies of your database and (optionally) other files, backed up nightly and stored off-site at a secure data centre in another part of Australia. An additional monthly charge of $20 per server will apply.
