You should get a response from the following:

telnet merchant.tyro.com 80
telnet merchant.tyro.com 443
telnet terminaldownloads.tyro.com 10443

To allow your Tyro terminal and Point of Sale (POS) system to access Tyro’s network, please enable outbound connections on your firewall to the following TCP ports:

  • 10443, 443 and 80

and to the following IP address range:

  • 58.181.64.0 – 58.181.71.255
  • (58.181.64.0/21, netmask 255.255.248.0)
