In addition to a modern firewall protecting your physical site, we address the security of your Microsoft 365 cloud data, securely host your website and other Internet assets, and protect your email reputation.

Computer Security

Anti-virus, yes or as we call it these days “endpoint protection” but there’s much more to securing your computers and servers. Zero Trust security protects unknown code from executing on your machines – stopping malware from starting. Automated vulnerability scanning, patching and monitoring of your computers to keep them clean.

Mailbox Security

Email remains by far the most common point of entry for any security problem. With potential clinical data all over your email it must be secured. We use an intelligent system to detect dangerous email and alert your users to any potential issues found. The system then sanitises and “sand box” tests links in emails. Multi-factor authentication protects access to your mailbox. Mail and your Sharepoint / Onedrive data are securely backed up within Australia.

Compliance and Auditing

Our security stack is designed to satisfy The Essential Eight (the Australian Cyber Security Framework) to affordably mitigate the risk of data breach or loss. It can be used to solve security compliance for GP Accreditation, or simply to ensure you are doing what your insurance policy says you are doing to reduce risk.
