Best Practice – Find patients with a coded HBV diagnosis

BP allows you to do simple searching using the “Setup search” buttons on screen.

In this case, I’ve clicked on “Include inactive patients”, then on “Visits” to restrict my search to patients that have been seen by any provider in the last two years. I’ve also click “Include inactive providers” on the Visits screen.

I’ve then clicked on “Conditions” and found and selected Hepatitis B.

Click OK then Search to get your count and list of diagnosed patients.
